John Murtha Dead At 77
Rep. John Murtha was the living embodiment of everything that is wrong with Washington and he should have retired 20 years ago or perhaps gone to prison. Having said that, unlike the left I don’t celebrate the deaths of my political adversaries.
For all his corrupt dealings both alleged and factual, Murtha was still a patriot. He gave a lot of good years to the Marine Corps and served honorably in the rice patties of Vietnam between 1966-1967.
